Womadelaide,
Adelaide, South Australia
21-23 February 2003
The biennial WOMADELAIDE Festival is Australia's most renowned
outdoor music festival. During three days and nights of music,
arts and dance from around the world, over 300 artists from
25 countries celebrate cultural diversity and the common language
that music provides. WOMAD festivals were founded by rock-star
Peter Gabriel and their success is measured in the 65,000
people who make Adelaide their music destination in February
of every odd-numbered year. Dates to be confirmed.
